The long siver bar is Annam (Ancient Vietnam) 10 tael silver bar (weight 384 grams). I do believe it's private issue. The silver bar is genuine but chopmark looks doubtful (genuine ingot with might be fake chopmarks), further investigation needed. For official issue, usually 3 chopsmark on obverse and the crude "十兩" (Ten Lang or Ten Tael in Chinese inscription) engraved on top of reverse.
Another flowershape ingot is China Qing Dynasty (1644 - 1911 AD) Kueichow (Guizhou province/貴州) Tea Blossom sycee (茶花錠), 142g (ca. 4 Taels), Silver. This type of sycee was earlier Qing circulation type, circulated in Kueichow (initially I thought it's late Qing) (Maggie Li, 2005, pp.255 - 258), during Emperor Shunzhi (順治) reign to Emperor Kangxi (康熙) or later Emperor Yong Zheng (雍正) (if you have any comment please kindly send a message to my email).
